SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated by the shipping provider based on package weight and zip code. We do not require signatures upon receipt and are not responsible for lost/stolen packages or any packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you received an email saying your order was delivered but are unable to locate it please contact the carrier that delivered the order for additional assistance: USPS, UPS or FedEx.
We will always email you an order confirmation with tracking information. Customer is responsible for providing the correct email and shipping address. If a package gets returned to us due to an incorrect address you must pay a new shipping fee in order for the order to be sent out a 2nd time.
Most orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders placed after 10:30am PST on Fridays and over the weekend will be processed 2-4 business days from the following Monday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
To complete the return:
Send us an e-mail at info@dolllife.co about why you're returning the item(s). Please include a photo of the unopened bottle with safety seal still intact. Once we give you the green light please pack up the item(s) in a shipping box, we recommend using the same one we sent it in and include a note with your order number, full name and e-mail address.
An email will be sent to you once the return is received/ inspected and if all looks good we'll refund your original payment method (minus the shipping fee) within 5-7 business day. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item.
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen during transit and recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items.
